The moment I found out that I have to move to America I was so sad and happy.Because I have to leave them and I don't want to leave and I was happy because I believed that it's good for me.First I was sitting in my room and preparing for my long journey.When i looked at the clock it was 3:30pm and I knew that I have to leave after 5 minutes .After that I keep on asking myself am I ready to go America?Yes,I answer myself and I am old enough I didn't cry that day.But I am very upset inside my heart, family's friends in their eyes it's full of tears inside.
It was June 26th and 4:00pm and we arrived at the office . We took our lung-ages and we went inside and wait for the officer to call our names at that I were feeling sad and I can't help to being angry also because I ask and said to myself "why only us have to do this things, Why?!,Fate is not fair at all,why do we have to this things ?"and in the reality I already knew the answers it's their fault and if they were fair to us we won't have to do this things but I knew that I am wrong and I was so upset about that but" hey,it's all for us I am sure that our parents they didn't want to do it either but it's for us it's not time to be upset it's time for me to think about your future "I said it to myself and at that moment I was not sad or angry I was totally normal and I was surprised at myself."But going is still going we are not going back home shine,you have to study hard and become a very rich man and help you sister grow and you have to make her smart,hard working and kind".I said it to myself, but it's not easy at all because my sister is smart and clever but she is naughty,very naughty.After that my stomach is full of food and I went to the toilet and finish up my business in a mean time the bus arrived and we went inside the bus and we drove to the airport.
When I get into the van they rose their hand and said "good bye dear ,be rich ,be successful ,We wish you all the best .Bye Bye Shine ,We hope we meet again one day".I waved my hand to all of them saying"Good bye ",Thank you for everything that you have done for me"and then I closed the vans door with all my might and we drove to the office of UNHCR. I was super upset in the van and I bowed my head and think about everyone of them and said "goodbye to everyone in my heart quietly and I said "I will miss you guys "and I hugged my little sister and I said "everything is going to be alright"and the journey to the office continues...
A week before leaving my home we prepare our lung-ages and it was such a long days because we are a big family and for a big family we need a lot of stuff so we bought our own favorite foods such like latphatote,noodles and other foods which we think we can't find it in here,in U.S.A and we bought our religion dresses and we bring our clothes and lots of shoes and our grandparent's photo because it'so important to us and we never want to forget them.
We went to the super market and we bought some lung-ages and some toothbrushes and very good quality face creams it was at 5:00 pm and we were so tired because it was on Monday and I went to school at the morning and it was a sport day I was so tired and I went.
Let me teach you one trick the officer says "you can't bring this thing and that thing" but if you really want to bring,you pack it nicely and use perfume at your lung-ages and then even trained dogs can't smell your stuff because it's covered by the smell of the perfumes so it's safe and we used this trick because we really love our foods and stuff and that really helped us!!.All the stuff that we didn't bring here we gave it to someone very close.It was a lot and we can only bring 10 lung-ages and we have a lot of stuff so we gave it to them.
When we arrived to the airport it was 5:15 pm and we bring all of the lung-ages inside the bus after that an officer arrived . He took us to floor level 3 and we put our bags and we register,my father register for us and we wait there for like 5 hours and I was so tired I was talking to myself "huh,I am so tired ,I haven't even get on a plane and I am tired,great,just great and further more we have to ride on a plane for 8 hours and we have to get on a transit plane,I am dead!!!".When the time comes we have to continue on getting on the plane and we get on the plane.We ride on the plan after a long time we get our food and we ate my little sister was beside me I helped her.After we ate we open the TV or the tablet we switch it on and we play games and we watch movie on the tablet and it was fun .The food we ate was Turkish's food and it was salty!!.I don't know what the is but it was horrible!.After 8 hours of riding we get out of the plane and we met an officer again but this officer was from I O M and he helped us to get on a another plane called the transit plane and we ride again the food was the same after that we have arrived to New York international airport and a case worker came to bring us and we drove off to Philadelphia and we get into our house and I saw a sofa and I layed on the sofa and I said "hoooh!,the journey is over,Yes!!!.
Finally,it was a tiring days I want to sleep"I said to my mom"Yes" she replied and I layed on my bed it was on the second floor and before I know it I was asleep...
